Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help, but due to the nature of our products, some restrictions apply.

Standard Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You must include your order number and proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on medical devices (such as CPR masks, face shields, and first aid equipment).

Custom-printed items are not eligible for return unless approved by management. This includes any order featuring a logo or personalized print.
However, if your item arrives with an incorrect print or print damage due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.
